Gender Affirming Haircuts

We know a little puck of pomade can only do so much–even when it’s the good stuff. A Barb on the other hand, can do a lot to build and uplift their community. Every year, we donate a number of gender affirming haircuts to Barbs who need a little extra help feeling like one. While we know the cut doesn’t always make the Barb–if it empowers just one, we’ve done our job.

That’s why I made The Barb Shop—to give the beauty aisle the overdue edge unique to those who rock short hair, and to celebrate the Barbs behind it. Our Soft Clay Pomade does just that.
